Lani Misalucha Celebrates 40th Anniversary with Concert & New Songs

Asia’s Nightingale, Lani Misalucha, is set to celebrate her 40th anniversary in music with a grand concert titled “Still, Lani” on August 21 at The Theater at Solaire. Produced by Backstage Entertainment and directed by Calvin Neria, the show will feature a 40-piece orchestra under the musical direction of Toma Cayabyab, son of National Artist Ryan Cayabyab.

From her early days in a Manila church choir to becoming a Las Vegas headliner, Lani has captivated audiences worldwide with her powerful vocals and timeless hits. Her breakout album, “More Than I Should” (1997), launched a legendary career, followed by classics like “Tunay Na Mahal,” “All Heart,” and “The Promise.”

Fans can expect unforgettable performances of her signature songs, including “Bukas Na Lang Kita Mamahalin,” “Tila,” and “You Don’t Own Me.” Lani also made history as the first Asian artist to headline a Las Vegas Strip showroom, earning accolades like “Best Singer” alongside Celine Dion and praise from icons like Gladys Knight and Andrea Bocelli.

As part of her milestone celebration, Lani will release two new songs“Timeless My Love” and the empowering anthem “I Rise to the Top.”
