Manila, Philippines (August 25, 2024) – Northport Batang Pier has strengthened its roster for the PBA Governors’ Cup with the additions of Jio Jalalon and Abu Tratter. The experienced duo joins a young, talented core led by Arvin Tolentino.
Tolentino expressed excitement about the team’s new dynamic, combining veteran leadership with youthful energy. The Batang Pier made a strong impression last season, but struggled with consistency.
With Jalalon and Tratter on board, Northport aims to take the next step and compete for a championship. The team has a 1-1 record in Group A of the Governors’ Cup.
