Veteran forward Gabe Norwood turned back the clock with his best performance in years, leading the Rain or Shine Elasto Painters to a dominant 128-116 win over defending PBA Philippine Cup champion Meralco at Ynares Center, Antipolo. The 40-year-old Norwood, a former Rookie of the Year and 2008 No. 1 draft pick, delivered 12 points, five rebounds, an assist, and a steal in 38 minutes—his longest playing time in recent seasons.
